D & B Fuchsia Nursery has evolved over the years through the efforts primarily of Betty Jean with assistance from husband Don. In the beginning Fuchsias were mainly sold through local plant sales along with some sales to local Nurseries or Garden Centers. With this form of marketing still in existance our sales emphasis has switched slowly to the Internet. The growth of the Internet came out of inquiries being received from various places wanting to buy Fuchsias. Our attempt at a Web Site happened the summer of 1999 with our first order almost immediately coming from Florida. Thinking that most of business would be in our own region we were quite surprised. From that start we have developed our marketing all across the USA. There is no region of the country we have not shipped successfully into. Our internet business has slowly developed into a year round business with over 20,000 people taking a look at our site since its beginning. We launched our new site March of 2000 making it easier for our customers to make there selections. We wish to thank each and everyone for your comments and encouragement to grow.
